Common Questions

  • Manage or cancel your subscription: In GoalGetr, go to Profile and tap Manage Subscription. Or, on your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  • Get Premium back on a new phone: Tap Restore Purchases on your Profile or on the Premium screen.
  • Forgot your password: On Log In, tap Forgot Password? and we’ll email you a link to set a new one.
  • Send us feedback from the app: On Profile, tap Send Feedback.
  • Delete your account: On Profile, tap the three-dot icon at the top right, then Delete Account. What’s deleted.
  • Privacy questions: Email privacy@goalgetr.org, or read our Privacy Policy.
